At wrapbase, our goal is simple: create an incredible customer experience from start to finish.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your wrap request at any time before an installer is assigned and an installation date is scheduled.

At this stage, no materials or labor have been committed, so cancellation is straightforward.

Deposit Refunds

Before Scheduling

If you cancel before an installer is assigned and a date is scheduled, your deposit is fully refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

After Scheduling

Once an installer is assigned and an installation date is scheduled, materials and installation time are reserved for your vehicle.

At that point, deposits are generally non-refundable, since production and scheduling commitments have begun.

After Installation Begins

Once installation has started, the project is already in progress and refunds are no longer available.

Production & Materials

Vehicle wraps require vehicle-specific materials and custom preparation.

Once materials have been ordered, cut, or prepared for your project, those costs cannot be recovered. Because of this, refunds are typically not available once production has begun.
