1. What We Do
wrapbase is a platform that allows you to:
- Select your vehicle
- Visualize wrap designs using the wrapbase STUDIO™
- Submit wrap requests
- Schedule professional installation
- Have installation performed at your location
wrapbase coordinates the design, scheduling, and installation process through its installer network.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use wrapbase.
By using the platform, you confirm that you are able to enter into legally binding agreements.
3. Accounts & Information
Some features require you to provide contact details or create an account.
Please ensure your information is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity associated with your account.
4. Studio Designs & Visualizations
The wrapbase STUDIO™ allows you to preview wrap designs on your vehicle.
These previews help visualize ideas but are representations, not exact guarantees. Final appearance may vary depending on:
- Lighting
- Vehicle condition
- Material availability
- Installation techniques
Your installer will confirm final details before installation.
5. Pricing & Payments
Pricing displayed on wrapbase may begin as an estimate.
Final pricing may vary depending on:
- Vehicle condition
- Material selection
- Installation complexity
Deposits may be required to reserve installation dates, with final payment typically completed after installation.
6. Installation Services
wrapbase provides installation services through its installer network.
While we work to maintain high quality standards, final installation outcomes can be affected by real-world conditions including vehicle condition, surface preparation, and environmental factors.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before materials are ordered or installation is scheduled.
Once materials are ordered or installation is scheduled, deposits may become non-refundable.

8. Vehicle Condition
Vehicles should be clean and free from damage that could affect installation.
Pre-existing paint issues, body repairs, or previous coatings may affect wrap performance and may become visible during installation or removal.
9. Platform Content
All wrapbase software, tools, branding, and platform features belong to wrapbase.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the platform.
Designs you upload remain yours, but you grant wrapbase permission to use them to fulfill your project.
10. Responsible Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false information
- Interfere with platform functionality
- Harass installers or other users
- Use the platform for unlawful activity
Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended.
11. Service Availability
While wrapbase works to provide broad coverage, service availability may vary by location and scheduling demand.
12. Liability
wrapbase works to deliver high-quality service but cannot guarantee exact visual outcomes or uninterrupted platform availability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, wrapbase is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to platform use.
13. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time as wrapbase evolves.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the current terms.
