General
What wrapbase is and who it’s for.
wrapbase is the operating system for vehicle wraps. Shops, dealerships and fleets run their wrap projects on it and send out installs. Installers claim that work, run it from their phone and get paid. Both sides work on the same job, so everyone sees the same vehicles, dates, photos and status.
Two products, one platform:• WORK is for installers and install crews who want wrap installs near them.
• PRO is for wrap shops, dealerships and fleets who need wraps installed, by their own crew or by top-rated installers on the network.
• PRO is for wrap shops, dealerships and fleets who need wraps installed, by their own crew or by top-rated installers on the network.
Yes. WORK is free for installers, and PRO is free for shops, dealerships and fleets. PRO+ adds more for shops that want it. See Plans for what’s included and the fees.
Text us or email support@wrapbase.com and a real person gets back to you. For PRO+ or a demo, reach sales@wrapbase.com. The Contact page has every way to reach us.
WORK, for installers
Finding installs, running them and getting paid.
Sign up with your name, what you install and your ZIP code. It takes about a minute. A real person at wrapbase looks over every new account, then you link your bank so you can get paid.
Installs near you show up in your Work list with the vehicle, the work and the price already set. Pick the ones you want and tap Claim. If the shop gave a window of days, you choose the day that fits your week.
You set how far you’ll drive from your ZIP code, and you only see installs in range. Happy to travel? Turn the limit off and see installs anywhere.
No. Joining is free, and the price you see on an install is what you get paid. The wrapbase fee is paid on top by whoever posts the work, never taken out of your price.
Finish the vehicle, mark it complete, and once the shop signs off your payout lands in your wrapbase wallet. Send it to your bank whenever you want.
Everything runs from your phone. Open the install, take the photos as the wrap goes on and mark the vehicle done. The shop sees it all as it happens.
Yes, before the install day you can release it from the install page and it goes back to other installers. On or after the install day, ask the shop to pull it back, so they always know where their vehicle stands.
Yes. Claim installs under your company and assign each one to an installer on your team.
Do great work. Shops rate every install, and top-rated installers see new installs before everyone else in range.
Yes. The installer app works in English and Spanish.
PRO, for shops, dealerships and fleets
Running projects and getting installs done.
The whole project: quotes your client signs online, a page for every vehicle, the install schedule, and invoices your client pays by card or bank. Clients and their vehicles stay on file for next time.
No. Dealerships use it to get vehicles wrapped and tinted on the lot without a wrap department, and fleets use it to wrap vehicles across every location in one project. Anyone who needs wraps installed can run it on PRO.
Yes. Add them to your team and send installs to your crew’s queue, with no wrapbase fee. You can also share an install link with any installer you already trust.
Pick the vehicle, set the budget and the day or window, and send it out. Installers near the job can claim it, top-rated installers first. You see the claim, the photos and the sign-off on the same vehicle page.
Yes. Every install sits on one calendar, vehicle by vehicle, and you can subscribe to it from your phone’s calendar.
No. wrapbase takes you from quote to paid invoice on its own. QuickBooks sync, which posts your invoices to QuickBooks, is part of PRO+.
PRO+ adds more on top of PRO for shops that want it: Squeegee, your AI assistant, QuickBooks sync, the production desk, advanced reports, imports, multiple locations, lead forms and a lower network fee. Talk to sales to set it up.
Plans and fees
What wrapbase costs and how fees work.
WORK and PRO are free. PRO+ is one flat charge with no per-seat fees, so contact sales for it. There are no annual contracts, no termination fees and no setup charges.
15%, added on top of the budget you set, so the installer gets the full amount. Installs your own crew does have no fee. PRO+ lowers the network fee.
When your client pays an invoice online, card payments are 2.9% + 30¢ and bank payments are 0.8%, capped at $5.
Ratings and trust
How shops and installers know who they’re working with.
Shops rate the installers who do the work, and installers rate the shops that send it. Ratings follow everyone from job to job, so a strong record wins more work.
Independent installers and install crews. A real person at wrapbase reviews every account before it can claim work, and each install leaves photos and a rating behind.
