Stop hunting jobs. Start wrapping.
wrapbase is where wrap shops go to keep their bays full. Real jobs. Real customers. Real money in your account when the vinyl's down.
Why wrapbase?
Built for installers
Whether you're a one-person operation or running a full crew, wrapbase is built around the actual job — claiming work, running it, getting paid. The rest, we left out on purpose.
Jobs, not leads
Other platforms send you "opportunities." We send you booked work. Pick the ones you want. Skip the ones you don't.
Your range, your jobs.
Set a radius per location, or travel anywhere. You only see what's in reach.
One calendar. Every job.
Past installs, today's work, next month's bookings — all in one view. Photos, notes, and status come standard.
Paid when you're done
Finish the wrap, hit complete, watch the payout land. You move on to the next one.
How it works
Claim jobs, get paid, repeat.
Set up once, claim real booked work in your service area, run the install, and let wrapbase move the money when the wrap is done.
Set up your account
Sign up, add your shop details, and drop your install locations. Set a service radius per site — or turn on travel mode if you go where the work is. We review every application, then you are in. Invite your crew and link your bank when you are ready to get paid.
Claim a job
Open jobs in your service area hit the Claim tab. Pick what fits your bays and your week. Jobs assigned to your shop show up in Team — assign your crew and you are locked in.
Show up and install
Start the job from your dashboard. Upload photos, knock out each vehicle, and mark them complete as you go. Calendar, notes, and status stay in one place — nothing lost between the bay and the truck.
Get paid automatically
When the work is approved, your payout lands in your wrapbase wallet — automatically. Withdraw to your bank when you want, or spend it at Warehouse for materials. No invoicing, no chasing checks.
