Reconcile a month of invoices without opening a single one
A new Invoices page puts every invoice, your own project numbers, and exact amounts in one list you can filter and export.
One list for every invoice
Invoices now has a page of its own. Every invoice you have been billed sits in one sortable list with its number, status, amount, date and vehicle count — so matching a month against your books no longer means opening each one to find out what it was.
- Your own project name is shown exactly as you wrote it, next to our reference. If you number jobs yourself, that number is right there in the list.
- Search across project names, invoice numbers, our reference, client names and VINs.
- Filter by status, or by date — this month, last month, this quarter, this year, or a range you pick.
- Billed and outstanding totals for whatever you have filtered to, stated above the list.
Export to your accounting system
Export writes a line for every vehicle plus the platform fee, and those lines add up to the invoice total — so it reconciles rather than needing to be reworked. Each line carries your project name, the invoice number and our reference, and the file exports whatever you have filtered to, not just the page you are looking at.
Exact amounts, everywhere
Amounts are no longer rounded to the dollar anywhere a figure gets reconciled — invoices, projects, timelines and payouts all show exact cents.
- Installer payouts were being displayed rounded. They now show the amount actually paid, to the cent.
Open an invoice without leaving the list
Clicking any invoice opens a panel with the per-vehicle breakdown, the platform fee, all three dates, and links to the invoice and its PDF. If something is owed, you can pay it from there and see which card will be charged first.
- The same panel now backs the Invoices tab on a project, so an invoice looks the same wherever you open it.
- Unpaid past their due date are called out as overdue rather than just open.
Fixes and polish
- Paying an invoice that had already been paid, or that was closed, reported "card declined" — it now tells you what actually happened.
- An expired card is flagged before you try to pay with it, with a link to change it.
- Vehicles on a cancelled invoice could not be billed again. They can now.
- Project pages open substantially faster.
- Finishing an install now explains what happens next instead of implying the payout had already landed.
- On phones: the sign-off sheet no longer hides the field you are typing in, and the code-resend link on sign-in is centred.
